It's not like it's rocket science.

so I wanted to do a little strategic twist, and start talking about all the records and other crap I am constantly acquiring. this may be boring for most, but it is often interesting, not just the things I come across, but the weird people and situations you encounter.
so here goes.
I have been going to a place in jersy (I am going to do some things with pseudonyms here, I am still a little protective of good finds). Let's call the place Missy's. they are selling everything at half price, I picked up a super clean copy of babs on jaro. not a real musical record, but a classic hiptser lp. I also got lee dorsey's first on fury, Ya Ya. great cover, I will post it tomorrow. and pussy galore's first lp. not a bad day!

well, my second blog post in two years, you certainly can't say I am spewing mindless drivel all the time.
hmm. I am trying to think of a snappy comment for the new yorker cartoon contest. I must admit, everytime I read the ones submitted, I think, great line! why didn't I think of that? but then when I look at that weeks cartoon, sans caption, I am completely clueless.
however, sw has thrown down the gauntlet, so I must think of one for this week. a women in bed with her husband, and he is reading the paper. a classic set up. but he has 4 furry hands, you can't see his head behind the paper, and he has two big antenna. and she says....
